By providing your mobile phone number and using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the following SMS terms.

Purpose of SMS Messages

Our organization uses SMS solely to receive Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), verification codes, and other security-related messages sent by third-party providers to authorized company phone numbers.

We do not use SMS short codes to send marketing, promotional, or customer service text messages.

No Outbound Messaging

We do not send outbound SMS messages from our short code or designated SMS-enabled phone numbers. As a result:

• No marketing messages will be sent.
• No recurring text message campaigns are conducted.
• No customer opt-in is required for promotional communications.
• Reply commands such as STOP, HELP, START, or UNSUBSCRIBE are not applicable.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies and is dependent on authentication and verification requests initiated through third-party services.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan and policies.

Privacy

Any phone numbers and SMS messages received are used solely for authentication, security, and account access purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers for marketing purposes.

Security

SMS messages may contain one-time passcodes or verification codes used to authenticate access to systems and services. Users are responsible for safeguarding these codes and should not share them with unauthorized individuals.

Service Availability

SMS delivery depends on the availability and performance of wireless carriers and third-party messaging providers. We cannot guarantee receipt, timeliness, or availability of SMS messages.
