Pete DeFinis & Tech Forward (TF) has been handling our IT needs for about a year now and we are VERY happy with the service. We hired TF to for all our IT needs and to migrate us to cloud based programs and servers right before COVID, shelter only hit. Not only did we have to implement the migration, Pete had to assist our staff in work from home set ups. The discussed workload and what actually had to happen was a significant increase in the workload for TF. Pete was ALWAYS available and willing to help out. Nothing has changed. The response time is quick. Pete works on issues until they are 100% resolved. Pete is excellent at working with people of all levels, the tech savvy and the non. He demonstrates a great deal of patience in my opinion. His office is organized with their billings and paperwork and it’s always a seamless process working with them. It is clear Pete takes great pride in his work and really cares about his customers. He’s gone above and beyond for us many, many times. We highly recommend Pete / TF as an external IT company. There hasn’t been anything Pete can’t handle.
